We may contact you to advice on the outcome of an investigation to any complaint, which our help desk agents were unable to resolve during the initial telephone call.  CHARGES FOR RESOLUTIONS    
Resolutions are free of charge. However, we may impose a reasonable charge where investigations of the complaints requires the retrieval of records of more than 12 months old and where such retrieval results in any incremental expense or significant inconvenience, or where there is physical damage. Any such charges shall be identified, communicated and agreed with the subscriber before we bill for it.

REFUNDS
Refunds are made in local currency to bank account or country currency of the amazon store order was purchased from. Admin will determine the mode of refund which maybe via Neteller (please register for a neteller account before intiating a refund request), Bank or refund to Card Purchase was made with.

ORDER PACKAGING
Items may be re-bagged by AmazontoAfrica Logistics and may not arrive in the original Amazon store boxes/packaging.
 
CONFIDENTIALITY  
We will treat any information concerning any complaint or compliance in confidence and we will not disclose it to anyone except or in accordance with any instruction you have given us. However, there are circumstances in which we may be required by law to disclose information. Such requests typically come from statutory authorities in your counrty such as the Police, Customs etc. Any such disclosure will be strictly controlled and made fully in accordance with the laws of your Country.

APPLICABLE LAW AND JURISDICTION
These Terms and Conditions of Sale shall be interpreted and governed by the laws in force in your Country. Subject to the Arbitration section below, each party hereby agrees to submit to the jurisdiction of the courts in the Country and to waive any objections based upon venue.
 
ARBITRATION
Any controversy, claim or dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms and Conditions of Sale will be referred to and finally settled by private and confidential binding arbitration before a single arbitrator held in your Country in English and governed by Laws of the Country.
The arbitrator shall be a person who is legally trained and is independent of either party. Notwithstanding the foregoing, AmazontoAfrica Logistics reserves the right to pursue the protection of intellectual property rights and confidential information through injunctive or other equitable relief through the courts.
 

Simple Returns

Items can only be returned if they are either damaged upon delivery or the wrong item was delivered to you. If you received the wrong item for any reason, we will replace it with the right item or provide you with a full refund.

When picking up your item at your local pickup location verify the content is as it should be. If there is an error, please hand over the incorrect or damaged item back to the AmazontoAfrica Logistics representative as soon as possible. For door to door deliveries please return damaged or incorrect items to your local pickup location within 2 business days from the day you received the item.

Refund Terms and Conditions

• Full Refunds: Where a full refund is requested and the appropriate requirements fulfilled,we shall refund the full amount requested to your stipulated bank account.
• For orders paid via Card you shall receive the full amount paid, less Card processing charges for payment and refund.
• The above notwithstanding, AmazontoAfrica Logistics reserves the right to treat refund requests on a case by case basis, factoring in possible underlying costs, expenses and administrative fees.
• The refund process will be carried out within ten (10) business days.
